GYM users have been given a health and cash boost after a landmark VAT ruling. The 19,000 members of the Glasgow Club, the gym and fitness package run by Culture and Sport Glasgow, will no longer have to stump up extra fees for non-core activities, such as health suites and saunas.

Juan Zaragoza announced recently that he has changed the name of his fitness business from Juan's Fitness to Sonoma Valley Fitness. The business is still located at 18615 Sonoma Highway (Fiesta Plaza) and is open weekdays 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturdays 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
